We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically sound individual to join our Service Delivery team for the aamarPay product line. The role focuses on ensuring seamless implementation, onboarding, support, and continuous service improvement for our merchants and partners using aamarPay’s payment gateway and related solutions.

Objectively monetize resource sucking testing procedures vis-a-vis standards compliant ROI. Proactively disintermediate virtual sources before wireless alignments.

• Work closely with merchants and internal teams to onboard, configure, and deliver payment gateway services efficiently.
• Monitor service delivery performance (SLAs, KPIs) and provide timely resolution for incidents, issues, and support tickets.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and developers to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Provide API integration support to merchant developers (REST API, Webhooks, SDKs).
• Conduct merchant training, sandbox testing, UAT support, and Go-Live coordination.
• Participate in service improvement initiatives, documentation, and merchant FAQs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of delivery processes and support protocols.
• Log and report recurring issues for long-term product improvements.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in CSE, EEE, IT, or related field.

Additional Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, service delivery, or integration support (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or API-driven products).
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST, JSON), payment gateways, and SSL configurations.
• Ability to read API documentation and troubleshoot merchant-side issues.
• Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk), Postman, and monitoring tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with customer-centric thinking.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in eCommerce, fintech, or digital payment ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Laravel, PHP, or Django (optional, for debugging).
• Previous experience working with banks, MFS (bKash, Nagad), or card payment networks.
